I'm curious about the mythical, religious and intellectual foundations, the musty basements under the whitewashed banks and cathedrals of Western Culture.

I'm curious about “The Classics” - the Bible, the Greeks, Shakespeare, etc. I enjoy reading lengthy descriptions of the Emperor's elaborate, magnificent new clothes while smirking at his naked backside.

My books come from curiosity. They don't have all the answers (spoiler alert), only questions and fragments that lead to more questions. If you want or have all the answers about life, the universe and everything or whatnot, then these books are probably not going to help. But if you're curious too, and want to explore the roots of Western Culture from playfully skewed angles...
